Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking an Administration Assistant to support store operations and deliver a great shopping experience for customers. You will work across the shop floor and service points, maintaining standards and using digital tools to complete tasks.

With a focus on customer service, product knowledge and adherence to SOPs, you will contribute to meeting daily targets while learning and developing skills in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering great customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work across store and support store priorities.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend products.
