Job summary

Marks & Spencer is recruiting a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and the behind‑the‑scenes work that keeps our store running. You will help ensure the shop floor stays full, clean and ready for customers, with shifts on Sundays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The role is physically demanding and fast-paced; you will use digital tools to track deliveries, work across the store as needed, and contribute as a strong team member in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (legal requirement).
• Physically demanding, high-intensity role.
• Stock, deliveries and behind‑the‑scenes work to keep shop floor ready.
