Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant for 20 to 30 hour contracts with AM or PM shifts, including 05:00am starts or 10:00pm finishes. The role pays £13.45–£14.45 per hour, with 30-35 days' holiday pro rata and a 10% in-store discount.

You’ll restock shelves, handle tills, keep the store clean and organised, and deliver excellent customer service. The package also includes a pension, enhanced family leave, long service award, and more perks as the team supports career progression.
