Lidl in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Assistant to keep shelves stocked, assist customers on tills, and help the store run smoothly.

This 35-hour contract offers an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45 with pro-rata holidays, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and other benefits designed to support your well-being.

You'll join a collaborative team and have opportunities to progress into Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery roles with the right training.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly manner.
• Flexibility to start early or finish late.
