Job summary

Lidl Customer Assistant role in the United Kingdom offers varied shifts across AM and PM, with duties including restocking shelves and operating tills. You’ll help customers, keep the store clean and organised, and ensure a high standard of service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to assist customers with queries and requests.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including early mornings and nights.
• Positive attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with questions and requests.
• Efficiently manage deliveries as they arrive in store.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Keep bakery stocked by baking fresh goods and merchandising.
• Maintain tidy and well-stocked middle aisles of Non-Food products.
