Job summary

Vico Homes’ Customer Experience team, based near Castleford with hubs in Pontefract and Wakefield, ensures high-quality support across channels. You will develop management information and automated reports to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements, and translate insights into practical service improvements.

Qualifications

Qualification at Level 4 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework.
Customer focussed with commitment to continuous service improvement.
Experience building reporting systems (Power BI, Salesforce, AWS) for analysis.

Responsibilities

Support the Customer Experience team to deliver high quality services across multiple channels.
Develop management information and automated reports to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements.
Turn customer insight and performance data into practical service improvements.
