Job summary

Alliance Automotive Logistics in Rotherham is seeking new Customer Service Advisors for an office-based role at NAPA Way. You will handle inbound calls and emails, provide product advice with training, and support pre-sale and post-sale enquiries.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 1 hour breaks. The team emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and dependable attendance; full training is provided to develop your product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Be a team player with good attention to detail.
• Able to work to deadlines; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers.
• Respond to voicemails and manage social media interactions.
• Provide product advice for vehicle components (training given).
• Handle pre-sale and post-sale customer service enquiries.
• General office duties.
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and other departments in support of our customers.
