Job summary

Our client, a leading fire security company in the UK, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Chandlers Ford. You will receive a structured training plan and ongoing support, with Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, on a permanent basis.

In this role you will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, handle inbound calls, assist customers with varied queries, maintain accurate records, liaise with engineers, and help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Dealing with an inbound call in a fast-paced environment
• Assist customers with varied queries and do your best to resolve as a 1st fix solution
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction through positive, professional interactions
• Liaise with engineers where necessary
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, regulations and company policies
