Job summary

The Business Connection Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its global operations from the UK headquarters. You will handle proactive calls, input orders and answer technical queries to deliver first-class service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday with 1 in 6 Saturdays on a rota, paid as overtime. The role offers 23 days holiday, bank holidays, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, staff canteen, on-site parking and access to a benefits platform.

Qualifications

• Must have proven customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Able to learn new systems quickly and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets for incoming calls.
• Proactively chase delayed orders and communicate with customers.
• Handle technical product questions and provide accurate information.
• Input orders the day they are received.
• Retain customers through proactive retention calls.
