Job summary

DS Smith Plc is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager for the UK&I Packaging division. You will lead the development of the customer engagement strategy, align activity with strategic customers, and drive growth through innovative workshops and ABM programs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sustainability and Design & Innovation teams to translate market insights into actionable customer opportunities while mentoring a team member in 운영 the Customer Impact Centre.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing B2B marketing, sales enablement, or customer engagement role.
• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Passion for packaging, innovation and sustainability with storytelling.
• Outstanding presentation, public speaking, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate trends into opportunities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and virtual collaboration tools.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and coordinate diverse stakeholders in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Workshop, webinars, and seminars across physical, hybrid, and virtual environments.
• Maintain and refresh the Customer Innovation Hub experiences and showcases.
• Create compelling presentation assets and align content with account plans and ABM priorities.
• Develop deep understanding of customer challenges and translate insights into engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate across regional Sales, Design & Innovation, and sustainability teams.
• Measure engagement metrics, CRM opportunities, NPS, and event ROI.
