Screwfix Direct Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products across our extensive range.

You’ll be part of a supportive store team, maintain warehouse standards, assist with deliveries, pick customer orders, and help keep the store running smoothly. No prior retail experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Amazing at giving great service, with a positive can-do, no-nonsense approach.
• Prepared to work hard and make the most of our training.
• A great communicator who loves to help people.
• Willing to learn, you don’t need retail experience to succeed.
• Friendly, flexible, reliable and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Host customers into the store, understand what they need, guide them to the right products and make it easy for them.
• Warehouse standards – assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, pick customer orders and keep standards high.
• Be part of the team, work with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly and have fun along the way.
