Specsavers Hayes is seeking an Optical Assistant who is a proactive people person, ready to be the friendly face our store needs and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in an opticians.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection and fittings.
• Support dispensing tasks as needed by the optics team.
• Provide friendly, helpful service in a busy store environment.
