Job summary

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator in Bathgate to manage customer rental needs daily in a fast-paced setting. You will support customers from initial enquiry to end of rental, coordinating deliveries, collections and vehicle changes with a strong service focus.

The role requires a proactive communicator with a full UK driving licence and the ability to adapt to changing requirements while complying with relevant legislation. Salary around £26,545.50 per year.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dealing with calls and emails from customers requiring assistance.
• Scheduling delivery and collections.
• Route planning.
• Arranging vehicle changeovers and vehicle rotation for customers.
• Identifying vehicles requiring service and MOT, booking them in and communicating with our customers.
• Dealing with the processing of new rentals and off-hires.
• Processing hire invoices for customers.
• Managing and processing jobs for vehicles off the road.
• Managing and processing breakdowns for customers.
