IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

· Champion Cross-Selling: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our UK customer base, increasing adoption of additional products and features.

· Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and spotting ways to add value.

· Leverage Partner Networks: Collaborate with strategic partners in the legal sector to drive mutual revenue and growth.

· Devise Tailored Sales Strategies: Design bespoke campaigns to maximise cross-sell potential, ensuring our customers always see the full value of Actionstep’s solutions.

· Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Management, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience.

· Stay Product-Savvy: Keep abreast of new product features and industry trends to match evolving client needs with the right solutions.

· Own the Pipeline: Track opportunities in Salesforce, provide timely updates, and manage your sales funnel with precision.

· Delight Customers: Ensure any concerns are resolved quickly and professionally—making every interaction a chance to reinforce our commitment to customer success.

· Achieve (and Smash) Targets: Meet or exceed cross-selling targets, driving significant revenue growth from our existing client portfolio.

ABOUT YOU

· Proven Sales Track Record: You’ve excelled in a SaaS/technology sales environment, hitting or exceeding ambitious targets.

· Legal Tech Exposure: Familiarity with the legal sector (practice management software or legal accounting) is a plus.

· Relationship Guru: You excel at forging strong relationships—winning trust from entry-level users to senior decision-makers.

· Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re excited by high-growth environments, show initiative, and find innovative ways to add value.

· Tech-Smart: Comfortable with solution selling, demos, and technical details that help position the right product features.

· CRM Wizard: Skilled in using Salesforce (or similar) to manage pipelines and drive transparency.

· Autonomous & Collaborative: You thrive with minimal supervision yet love contributing to a supportive team culture.

· Strong Communicator: Whether it’s a compelling product pitch or a precise internal update, you communicate with clarity and confidence.

· Adaptable & Resilient: Able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities to learn.
