Job summary

We’re looking for aCustomer Delivery Partner to join our growing team, supporting a key client and playing a vital role in ensuring work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a trusted link between the client, planning teams and field operations, helping to keep work flowing smoothly and customers informed at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Delivery Partner you’ll be central to making sure work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a key link between the client, planning teams and field operations—helping ensure accurate information, efficient scheduling and positive customer outcomes.

You’ll:

• Be a main point of contact for the client, supporting clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Review and validate work requests, ensuring everything is ready to progress smoothly.

• Gather, analyse and present performance data, driving continuous improvement through data-led insights and recommendations

Over time, the role will be based alongside the client in their new Leeds office, offering greater collaboration and development opportunities.

Experience in the utilities sector, wastewater operations, or managing work involving customer access and traffic management is a plus—but not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, capability and potential to grow.
