Job description

Location: Bradford, Yorkshire (with future co‑location at a client site in Leeds)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Company: Lanes Group

Are you organised, detail‑driven and passionate about delivering great customer outcomes? Do you enjoy working at the heart of operations, where no two days are the same?

We’re looking for a Customer Delivery Partner to join our growing team, supporting a key client and playing a vital role in ensuring work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a trusted link between the client, planning teams and field operations, helping to keep work flowing smoothly and customers informed at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Delivery Partner you’ll be central to making sure work is set up right first time. You’ll act as a key link between the client, planning teams and field operations—helping ensure accurate information, efficient scheduling and positive customer outcomes.

You’ll
  • Be a main point of contact for the client, supporting clear communication and strong working relationships.
  • Review and validate work requests, ensuring everything is ready to progress smoothly.
  • Proactively resolve missing or unclear information to avoid delays and rework.
  • Track trends and quality in work promotion, helping identify improvements and solutions.
  • Support customer queries and escalations, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records within works management systems.
  • Contribute to meetings, projects and improvement initiatives that help drive operational performance.
  • Gather, analyse and present performance data, driving continuous improvement through data-led insights and recommendations

Over time, the role will be based alongside the client in their new Leeds office, offering greater collaboration and development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re Keen To Hear From People Who

  • Have excellent attention to detail and a “right first time” mindset.
  • Are confident communicators with a strong customer focus.
  • Can prioritise effectively and make decisions under pressure.
  • Are organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Have good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a strong personal presence, able to lead conversations, challenge appropriately and build credibility with stakeholders

Experience in the utilities sector, wastewater operations, or managing work involving customer access and traffic management is a plus—but not essential. We’re more interested in your attitude, capability and potential to grow.

Why Join Us?
  • A varied and engaging role where your work makes a real difference.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and build a long‑term career.
  • Exposure to key clients and senior stakeholders.
  • A supportive team environment that values improvement and innovation.
