Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Stirling to deliver Waitrose produce to customers' doors and assist the shop team when not on the road. The role offers a Night Premium (£3.75/hr) and a permanent contract with flexible hours.

You will load and verify routes, ensure vehicle safety, and provide exceptional customer service, while handling the physical aspects of the job. DBS checks may be part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK B-category manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting crates, moving cages).
• IT literacy for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare van for deliveries and deliver to customers.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and ensure road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand with strong customer service.
• Assist customers and support shop tasks as needed.
