Job summary

John Lewis Partnership's Waitrose division is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Ramsgate. You’ll bring Waitrose quality produce and Partner-led service directly to customers’ doors, while supporting the shop team with daily tasks and stock replenishment.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hours across seven days) with shifts from 06:00 to 22:00. You must be 18+, hold a full UK manual licence (up to six points), have strong customer-service and time-management skills, and be physically capable of

Qualifications

• Full valid UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Able to cope with physical tasks such as lifting crates.
• Able to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes for the day.
• Load and prepare your van for deliveries.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and ensure road compliance.
• Represent the Waitrose brand with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and support shop team as needed.
• Work across seven days with varied shifts (37.5 hours).
