Job summary

The John Lewis Partnership is hiring for Customer Delivery Drivers to bring Waitrose produce and Partner-led service directly to customers’ doors. You’ll be part of a friendly team, with responsibilities including loading the van, preparing deliveries, and helping out in-store when not on the road.

We offer varied hours across seven days, including early starts, evenings and weekends. You must be 18+ with a full UK B-category licence and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Full valid B-category UK licence with up to 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills.
• Able to lift crates and move cages.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes for the day.
• Load and prepare van; ensure orders are ready for delivery.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and stay road compliant.
• Be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand with great customer service.
• Assist customers and support the shop team as needed.
