Job summary

Shifts are hands-on, physical and varied, with a guaranteed minimum of hours and a supportive team both on the road and at base. A valid UK driving licence, up to 3 penalty points, and the ability to lift and load goods safely are required.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on the road with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within promised time windows.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and handle substitutions or refunds when needed.
• Keep the van and work area clean, organized and roadworthy.
• Build rapport with customers and colleagues to support a smooth delivery process.
