Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays, and work area clean, tidy, and organized so every customer receives orders in perfect condition.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes, substitutions, or short-dated items to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot, providing warm service at the doorstep.
