Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their time slot and provide warm, friendly service at the doorstep.
• Load and unload groceries from the van and keep the vehicle and work area tidy and safe.
• Communicate clearly with customers about orders, substitutions, or changes and handle refunds as needed.
