Qualifications

• Reliable, friendly and professional customer engagement.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within scheduled time windows.
• Keep van and equipment clean and organised; ensure safe loading and unloading.
• Communicate changes or substitutions to customers and explain any price impacts.
• Ensure customer orders are delivered in the correct condition and on time.
• Raise issues with late deliveries or changes with the store management team.
