Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes. You’ll drive a van, deliver within the customer’s time slot, and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.

The role is hands‑on and varied, with no two shifts the same, and a supportive team at base. Minimum 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with additional hours available.

Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries within the customer's time slot, providing warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure it’s roadworthy and ready to deliver great service.
• Keep the van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to create great team spirit and deliver the best service for customers.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs while on the road and in the store.
