Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom. • UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Ability to adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within their time slot.
• Keep the van clean and tidy and report any faults.
• Communicate changes to orders and substitutions, offering refunds when needed.
• Load and unload goods and ensure the van is roadworthy.
• Explain substitutions and ensure customers are not charged extra.
• Engage positively with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service.
