Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver in Melksham to join our store team. You’ll load your van and deliver groceries to customers' doors with a smile, helping keep operations smooth during busy times.

This part-time permanent role offers 15 hours per week with afternoon shifts. Training is provided, and you’ll work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Load van and deliver groceries to customers' front doors.
• Support with loading/unloading and assisting online orders when busy.
• Keep van clean and ready for the next delivery and maintain good customer service.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
