Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver in Frome for part-time, permanent work. You will deliver to customers, load the van, and assist with online orders while maintaining a clean vehicle and positive service.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, flexibility for afternoons, weekends and evenings, and a capable, team-oriented attitude. Training provided to support performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for 12+ months with ≤6 penalty points.
• Friendly, helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork mindset.
• Flexible to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver orders, taking care of customers at their front door.
• Keep the van clean and well-maintained for delivery routes.
• Help the team with picking and packing online orders when busy.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile.

When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
