Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Dudley is hiring a part-time Customer Delivery Driver to join our store team. You’ll load your van and deliver to regular customers, helping keep our operation smooth and putting customers at the heart of everything we do.

When not on the road, you’ll keep the van clean, assist with picking and packing online orders, and support the team during busy periods. A valid UK driving licence and friendly, service-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the van and deliver goods to customers' front doors.
• Deliver orders to regular customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist with picking and packing online orders during busy periods.

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
