Job summary

Asda is seeking a part-time Customer Delivery Driver in Hemel Hempstead to join our store team. You will load the van, deliver to customers at their front doors, and help with online order picking when needed.

This role focuses on great customer service and reliable, friendly service during day shifts. You will drive either a full or automatic UK license, with training provided to ensure smooth operations on busy days.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Customer-focused approach and readiness to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

Whether you’re loading your van or delivering to your regular customers, you’ll play a vital role in the smooth running of our operation, serving customers and putting them at the heart of everything by delivering our products right to their front door with a smile. When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic - we'll give you all the training you need) and when we are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.
