Customer Data Administrator

The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our wonderful client. Our client is not an insurer, however they provide data management services to the insurance sector - working as part of a small team you will be looking after customer enquiries by investigating and updating data.

Duties will include

• Taking enquiries from clients by email (and occasionally by phone) and working to resolve their enquiry
• Actioning client requests which could include: Updating detailed informationUtilising large spreadsheetsUploading accurate information into a central databaseResolving data errors and queries before re-uploading informationFollowing compliant processes to see the client request through to resolution

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Customer Data Administrator, you will be a positive and proactive teamplayer. Some exposure to the Motor Insurance sector could be useful, but not necessary for those with the right attitude. You will enjoy solving problems for clients, have excellent attention to detail to manage large volumes of data and be comfortable using excel. The team you will be joining are warm, personable and hardworking and they would like someone to fit into this dynamic. This role could suit someone who has worked as a helpdesk adviser, data administrator or customer service representative.

Company Information

Our client has an inviting, friendly small team (where there is also sometimes a dog or two!) and strive to really look after their staff. They have modern offices situated 10 minutes walk from Haywards Heath Station. They offer a progressive approach to salary reviews and offer the opportunity to increase holiday allowance with length of service. Our client have a very low turnover of staff due to their desire to really look after their team.

Package

Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, option to work a condensed 4 day week after probation.

20 days + BH - increasing with length of service
