Job Description

The Role

The Data Administrator is responsible for maintaining high-quality data related to the Global Marine and Aviation teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data remediation and improvement: ensuring accuracy of key data after case creation by investigating eCase files and other sources.
  2. Insurance Policy Data (IPD): contacting external parties such as brokers and underwriters, ensuring understanding of Policy Slips and Market Breakdowns.
  3. Closing cases appropriately in the system and maintaining data accuracy.
  4. Supporting client fund administrators with data matters.
  5. Building relationships with Data Team, Operations, Finance, and Adjusters.
  6. Performing ad hoc duties as requested by the Line Manager.
Required Skills
  • Experience in data management (desirable).
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Professional, responsive, proactive, and efficient approach.
  • Flexibility and a hands-on attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • London Market experience is an advantage.
