We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our Operations Department as Customer Contract Coordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain a broad picture of our business, as you collaborate closely with all departments across MAN Financial Services UK Ltd, MAN Truck & Bus UK Ltd, and the wider group. With full training and ongoing support provided by both the team and the Operations Manager, this is an excellent chance to grow and thrive in a supportive and engaging environment."

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Provide timely and accurate finance quotes for the full range of financial products, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Generate contractual documents for all financial products in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy.
  • Process signed contract documents in the system and handle payment of vehicle invoices, including maintaining Salesforce and other company records.
  • Process approved requests for early settlements, terminations, insurance losses, and any contractual changes, ensuring that system records and tracker spreadsheets accurately reflect these updates.
  • Proactively manage the end-of-lease process for all vehicles, including customer communication to ensure timely returns and/or terminations as needed.
