  2. Lead routine meetings with 3PL service partners, set agendas, document minutes, and distribute actions to stakeholders.
  3. Reconcile weekly invoicing to ensure purchase and sales of third-party services align with contractual rates.
  4. Monitor and evaluate contract performance, ensuring compliance with service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
  5. Maintain accurate and current contract documentation, ensure proper record-keeping, and manage stakeholder deadlines and anniversaries.
  6. Support cross-functional teams with reporting on process improvements and cost-saving initiatives, monitoring their effectiveness.
  7. Assist in documenting Supply Chain initiatives and business cases for internal approval in a timely manner.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify risks, issues, or non-compliance, and help develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Collaborate with teams including supply chain, procurement, technical, and legal to understand operational needs for new contracts.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to 3PL contracts, applying this knowledge to support contract management.
  11. Undertake any additional duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include a background in Account Management and Customer Service, experience in Project or Change Management (desirable), exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade (desirable), and experience in FMCG (desirable).
