Job summary

Arcus FM is seeking a Contract Coordinator at our Cirencester site. You will be the first point of contact, handling maintenance queries and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will log requirements in our systems and coordinate with internal teams and contractors to meet client expectations. You will monitor KPI performance, manage daily tasks, and support the Account Manager to ensure service delivery aligns with the TRIOS contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer services and handling inquiries.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good data entry and IT literacy with ability to use client portals.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding maintenance queries and deliver strong customer service.
• Receive and respond to inquiries and emails from customers and log requirements in in-house systems.
• Record job details accurately and prioritize based on client needs in the system and portals.
