Job summary

Arcus FM Limited. is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives at the Redditch site.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, drive performance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet contract requirements. You should be a strong people manager with excellent communication skills, comfortable with change, and adept at data analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a strong people manager who can drive performance and manage teams across multi-site operations.
• Experience in a similar multi-site business, ideally in a call centre environment and FM operations.
• Excellent administration and IT skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of contract support staff and helpdesk operatives across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of commercial activities and ensure administrative activities meet contractual/company expectations.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee call handling and monitor task completion.
• Contribute to commercial processing and monitoring of the account.
