Join Our Team: Lead and Inspire in Travel Claims

We seek a dynamic Claims Manager to lead our Travel Claims department. You will shape our service delivery and ensure we meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.

This role reports to the Head of Travel Claims.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence. Drive outstanding customer experiences.
  • Leading & Coaching: Support Team Managers to achieve operational excellence, meet targets, and manage claims costs.
  • Motivation & Development: Coach and develop team members, create Personal Development Plans.
  • Drive Results: Ensure team meets business objectives focusing on quality and efficiency.
  • Create a High-Performance Culture: Develop an environment aligned with our vision and mission.
  • Support & Problem-Solving: Provide guidance on complex claims, handle escalations, and report issues to senior management.

  • Strategic thinker with a successful track record as a Claims Manager.
