The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and delivering the Chartwells Universities & Colleges Proposition, driving profitable revenue growth through participation and MAP2 growth, supporting sales and retention pipelines.
This involves creating measurable activation plans that boost sales, ATV, and profit, focusing on key categories like lunch, hot beverages, and food to go, by increasing participation, spend, and frequency across campuses via apps, kiosks, and tills.
The role requires engaging with stakeholders for optimal activity execution, underpinned by market and internal insights, aligning with business protocols and objectives.
