Job description

The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Travel team in the UK is a strategic and analytical solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for some of our highly performance-driven top clients in the Travel portfolio. With a passion for marketing, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns and translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client’s business objectives while driving growth in innovative ways.

Client Solutions Manager, UK Travel Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic plans, in partnership with Client Partner, to drive transformational client growth. This includes understanding the client's business, operations, organization, Meta's advertising tech stack, and future product roadmap.
  2. Lead external client education and consultations on best practices and upcoming product solutions. Stay informed on innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, measurement, creative, and engineering.
  3. Craft data-driven narratives and recommendations to drive incremental revenue using custom analyses, effective communication, and persuasive presentations.
  4. Oversee account operations, troubleshooting, and escalations to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  5. Prioritize client and team meetings, with capacity to travel for external and internal meetings and events as needed.
  6. Identify optimization opportunities to improve Meta campaign performance.
  7. Project manage internal operations and complex work streams.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Advanced experience in structuring and manipulating raw data for analysis.
  2. Expertise in analyzing data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting data clearly, and developing actionable insights.
  3. Proven ability to leverage data, develop hypothesis-backed insights, and drive learning plans to build business cases.
  4. Experience in developing broader prototyping solutions for teams using data insights.
  5. Track record of managing a book of business, increasing revenue, and improving performance.
  6. Ability to deliver insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  7. Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams.
  8. Proven influence with senior executives and clients.
  9. Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through complex, changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of experience, familiarity with Meta’s Business Manager suite of ad solutions.
  2. Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as R, SAS, or SPSS.
  3. Knowledge of data querying tools like SQL, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  4. Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions.
