Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Chesterfield. You will process customer orders and quotes, serve as the first point of contact by phone and email, and follow up to ensure projects progress and on-time deliveries.

• Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with customers.
• Comfortable and confident making regular outbound calls to customers.
• Administration experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders and quotes for customers.
• Being the first point of contact for customers over the phone and via email.
• Following up with customers to ensure projects progress and deliveries.
