Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Hire Coordinator in Livingston. You will manage quotations, track hires, and process sales and hire enquiries, ensuring smooth customer asset maintenance contracts.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits including pension, annual leave, and bonus potential. Experience in a technical hire or sales environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical hire or sales environment.
• Knowledge of telephone sales techniques.
• Negotiation skills for price decisions and customer expectations.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office for creating documents and data work.
• Knowledge or awareness of turnover, costs, profitability and targets.

Responsibilities

• Completion of quotations, hires, sales and repairs.
• Sales and order tracking.
• Processing and planning of successful sales/hire enquiries.
• Managing customer asset maintenance contracts.
• Raising sales, hire and stock orders.
