Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Commercial Support team with regular feedback and performance management.
• Manage team workloads and priorities to ensure excellent service levels and efficient delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, quality measures, and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Champion quality, accuracy, and compliance across all commercial support activities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Improvements Manager to implement new processes and systems.
• Drive a strong operational rhythm with team meetings, performance reviews and workload planning.
