Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative or similar.
• Skilled across multiple trades – joinery, carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating.

Responsibilities

• Attend new build properties to investigate and resolve customer defects.
• Complete a range of multi-trade repairs and remedial works.
• Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard.
• Liaise professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage your own workload and appointments across multiple developments.
• Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and workmanship.

Customer Care Technician | North East | Up to £36,000

We’re currently working with a leading UK housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Customer Care Technician to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled multi-trade professional with experience within new build housing, maintenance or customer care.

The Role:

• Attend new build properties to investigate and resolve customer defects
• Complete a range of multi-trade repairs and remedial works
• Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceManage your own workload and appointments across multiple developments
• Ensure works are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and workmanship
• Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative or similar
• Strong knowledge of general building and maintenance works
• Skilled across multiple trades – ideally joinery, carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence
• New homes experience is highly desirable, but open to other profiles
