Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. This full-time position is based in the office, Monday to Friday.
The Customer Care & Service Support Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience. The role acts as a key link between engineering, production, logistics, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating machinery servicing and maintenance, supporting customer service activities across Trade and Wholesale channels, handling service requests, scheduling engineers, managing spare parts and documentation, and ensuring service delivery meets standards and timelines.
Additionally, the coordinator serves as the primary contact for inbound customer queries and order processing, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and proactive communication. The role also provides ad hoc cover for the Direct-to-Consumer customer service function during peak periods or staff absence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
