Job summary

Crane is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to provide phone, email and web support to a wide range of customers including sales teams, distributors and OEMs. The role involves resolving invoicing issues, coordinating shipments with Supply Chain and Engineering, and ensuring data accuracy for orders and returns.

You will back up other regions and participate in process improvements, with a focus on ensuring timely, compliant service in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (user level).

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email and web support to Sales, Service, Distributors, Dealers, Direct Customers and OEMs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Inside Sales and Technical Support to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments.
• Enter relevant data and documents accurately and timely.
• Participate in process improvement projects as needed.
