Job summary

Crane Process Flow Technologies Ltd. UK seeks an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service professional to support RFQ processing, order entry, and liaison with customers and field sales.

The role focuses on handling quotes for Super Service, Platinum and Silver customers, ensuring timely, accurate communication and collaboration with production to confirm delivery details. A strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably Honours degree in business management (or similar, e.g., marketing, sales), or Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service / Inside Sales
• Knowledge of Systems Administration and Management
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office) / Excellent interpersonal / telephone skills.
• Detail oriented, able to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• RFQ processing and liaison between customers, distributors, subsidiaries and field sales force for fulfilling customer requirements.
• Process Super Service, Platinum & Silver customer quotations accurately and timely.
• Review and validate quoted delivery with Production personnel prior to order entry.
• Provide written responses to customers if delivery situations change.
• Support order booking and administration processes.
• Coordinate feedback workflows and validate deliveries with Production.
