Job summary

Bluebird Care is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our Bristol team. You will support the Registered Manager, ensure safe, high-quality care, and promote customers' choices with dignity.

Role includes growing the service through professional networking, care planning, and team guidance. A social care Level 3 (or higher) and a UK driving licence are required, with fully funded progression to NVQ Level 5.

Qualifications

• Social care qualification Level 3 or willingness to work toward it.
• Experience in domiciliary and social care management.
• Great leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Manager with the efficient running of the care support team.
• Ensure safe, high quality care that responds to each customer's needs and preferences.
• Make sure our services respect customers' choices and promote dignity and privacy.
• Support business growth by networking with health care professionals to create packages of care for vulnerable adults within their own homes.
• Care planning, risk assessments and ongoing reviews of current care packages.
• Guide and support Care Experts; work with customers, families, and professionals to deliver high quality care.
