Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, mainly by phone and email.
• Enter / handle customer data, ensuring procedures and timelines are followed.
• Maintain liaison with VWFS and other departments.
• Update systems with account activity accurately.
• Work within approved authority levels and escalate when needed.
• Switch between processes as required.
• Provide proactive customer service with product knowledge.
