Crest Recruitment is recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator with a 5* national residential developer in Studley, Warwickshire. The role reports to the Head of Customer Care and coordinates with customers, site managers and contractors to resolve issues promptly and maintain a top-tier customer journey.

The position offers hybrid working after probation, a competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus 12% monthly/quarterly bonuses, 25 days holiday, a company pension and private healthcare.

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with proactive problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with customers, site managers and contractors to address issues.
• Record information carefully on the computer system and monitor progress.
• Arrange appointments, labour and parts to resolve problems quickly.
