We're looking for a Customer Care Agent to join the Auger Team, based at our Head Office in Wallasey, on a full or part-time basis.

Financials
- Starting Salary - £12.21 per hour
- Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 (pro-rata'd accordingly if part time)
- 5.5% Pension Contribution
Working Hours
- Full Time – 37.5hrs per week, Mon-Fri.
- Part Time – a minimum of 18 hours spread across a minimum of 3 days
- Compressed working arrangement offered with full-time, improving work-life balance and giving you an additional 20 long weekends a year

The Role
- Provide excellent care & communication to customers contacting Auger
- Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, answering simple queries related to our services
- Actively listen to the customer's needs, and transfer them to a more appropriate team if further assistance is needed
- Maintain clear records of incoming correspondence on our claim files

- A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality
