Basic Salary - up to £24,600 per annum depending on experience.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Care Administrator to join our customer care team. The successful candidate will aid in delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction in a passionate and developing team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The role involves:

  1. Overseeing the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Working closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and service support, to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  3. Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible
  • Can work independently and are eager to learn
  • Possess excellent administration and computer skills
  • Are customer-focused with the ability to resolve queries effectively
  • Have an analytical approach

  • Have excellent attention to detail and can handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
